SUMMARY:The Journey to Forgiveness and Letting Go (In-person)
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nForgiveness and letting go can be complex and deeply
  personal experiences\, shaped by our values\, boundaries\, and lived expe
 riences. This course explores different perspectives on forgiveness and wh
 at moving forward can look like in a healthy and self-respecting way.\n\nP
 articipants will learn about common emotional patterns connected to unreso
 lved hurt\, the impact of unfinished endings\, and the role forgiveness ca
 n play in healing. The focus is on gaining clarity\, compassion\, and supp
 ortive ways of releasing emotional weight in a way that feels aligned and
