SUMMARY:Sweat Lodge Visit - White Poplar\, Manitoba
DESCRIPTION:Join us and take part in a Sweat to release negative energy and
  indulge in this unique cultural experience. To respect the culture\, thos
 e identifying as female are asked to wear a skirt. Those identifying as ma
 le\, are asked to wear swim trunks or shorts. Be sure to eat lightly befor
 e you attend. A feast will be held when the Sweat is complete. Please cont
 ribute to our feast and help carry on this beautiful traditional culture. 
 If you wish to join us\, our Well-Being Learning Centre staff will provide
  transportation to and from White Poplar and will provide you with support
  and assistance as needed. Please bring a water bottle to ensure you stay
