DESCRIPTION:We are going to postpone these sessions until the fall - stay t
 uned for further updates!\n\nRIRO offers evidence-based\, resiliency skill
 s training programs to strengthen well-being and resilience in adults and 
 children through role modeling and relationships. RIRO teaches child care 
 and early learning staff and service providers the "3Rs of Resilience" - r
 elaxation and reflection skills to help them respond instead of simply rea
 cting to challenging situations.\n\nTeach Adults Resiliency Skills to:\n\n
  	Reach IN to develop healthy ways to cope with stress and tough times\n 	
 Reach OUT to find support and offer it to others\n\nShow Adults How to Hel
 p Children by:\n\n 	Developing caring relationships\n 	Being positive role
  models\n 	Passing along resiliency skills to them\n\nThe cost for the two
 -day training session is $180\, which includes workbooks and a Certificate
  of Completion.\n\nRegistration is limited to 10 registrants. To register 
 for the RIRO Training Program scheduled for July 18 and 25\, 2022\, please
