 e lose many things that hold meaning for us. This course will describe the
  unique experience of grief and explore how we process our sadness and fee
 lings of loss. Self-acceptance is key to processing grief and loss. Grievi
 ng can last for as long as you need it to\, and it is very personal to you
  and your needs. This course will involve many discussions.\n\nTo join thi
