DESCRIPTION:Loss can take many forms\, including the death of a loved one\,
  the end of a job\, the loss of a home\, or the absence of something deepl
 y meaningful. Grief is a personal journey that looks different for everyon
 e. This three-session course explores ways to process the sadness and emot
 ions that accompany loss\, recognizing that grieving is a unique and ongoi
 ng process. The importance of self-acceptance will be discussed\, along wi
 th strategies to honour one’s own pace and approach to grief. The course
  provides a supportive environment for open discussion\, fostering connect
 ion while navigating the complexities of grief and loss.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDat
