DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nWe experience many losses throughout our lives. The 
 loss of those we care for and love\, jobs\, homes\, friendships\, connecti
 ons and\, we lose many things that hold meaning for us. This course will d
 escribe the unique experience of grief and explore how we process our sadn
 ess and feelings of loss. Self-acceptance is key to processing grief and l
 oss. Grieving can last for as long as you need it to\, and it is very pers
 onal to you and your needs. This course will involve many discussions.\n\n
