DESCRIPTION:This 2-session online course (1.5 hours per session) will defin
 e what is meant by post-traumatic stress\, identify types of trauma and co
 mmon risk factors\, and will outline the various signs and symptoms of Pos
 t-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Various treatment and self-help options for P
 TSD will also be presented.\n\nSession 1 - Wednesday\, Aug. 19\; 10:30 am

 se is offered as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery College pro
 gram. The Learning Centre is open to all adult participants who wish to ga
 in information and learn new skills to support their own mental health and
  well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes also provides
  the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutually beneficial
