SUMMARY:Online Course - Making Connections
DESCRIPTION:Making meaningful social connections can be a challenge. This f
 ree\, 1.5-hour online course will explore the experience of loneliness and
  the need to connect with others\, and will present strategies for making 
 connections\, including practical ways to initiate conversations.\n\n\n\nT
 his course is offered as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery Col
 lege program. The Learning Centre is open to all adult participants who wi
 sh to gain information and learn new skills to support their own mental he
 alth and well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes also 
 provides the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutually be
 neficial peer support environment. (*Note that for confidentiality purpose
 s\, online courses are not recorded and are not available for offline view
 ing.)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis course is open to all Canadian residents. To join
  this course you will need a device with access to the internet. A confirm
