SUMMARY:Online Course - Communicating Well
DESCRIPTION:This free\, 2 session course (1½ hours per session) will ident
 ify the essential building blocks of communication\, including an overview
  of communication styles\, the importance of active listening\, body langu
 age\, and validation. Tips for conflict resolution will also be presented.
 \n\nSession 1 - January 21\; 10:30 am (CT)\nSession 2 - January 28\; 10:30
  am (CT)\n\n\n\nThis course is part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recove
 ry College program. The Learning Centre is open to all adult participants 
 who wish to gain information and learn new skills to support their own men
 tal health and well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes
  also provides the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutua
 lly beneficial peer support environment. (*Note that for confidentiality p
 urposes\, online courses are not recorded and are not available for offlin
 e viewing.)\n\nThis course is open to all Canadian residents. To join this
  course you will need access to the internet or a phone. A confirmation e-
