DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to set goals regarding your OCD recovery? The O
 CD Centre Manitoba is excited to offer the GOAL Group! The Giving Obsessiv
 e-Compulsives Another Lifestyle (GOAL) Group is based on Dr. Jonathan Gray
 son's framework for OCD support.\n\nOffered in 8 in-person sessions across
  16 weeks\, the GOAL Group focuses on setting Exposure and Response Preven
 tion (ERP) goals. Opportunities for peer support will be fostered through 
 group discussion\, a small group structure\, and a socialization period.\n
 \nEach session will include a topic for group discussion\, a brief present
 ation on relevant skills for goal development\, check-ins regarding goal p
 rogress\, time to develop goals in small groups for support and feedback\,
  and time to socialize and support others. The presentations will introduc
 e skills ranging from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to mindfulness t
 o goal tracking\, which will enhance goal preparation and progress.\n\n[gr
