DESCRIPTION:The Well-Being Learning Centre is launching its first-ever Book
  Club! Join us as we explore our mental health and wellness through the ey
 es of three authors. We will discuss\, interpret\, analyze\, and delve int
 o these works as we navigate the often-times challenging waters of recover
 y. The three books we will be covering will be: Self-Compassion by Kristen
  Neff\, Hello\, I Want to Die\, Please Fix Me by Anna Mehler Paperny\, and
  The Self-Confidence Workbook by Barbara Markway. This Book Club will requ
 ire a six-month commitment\, and the group will meet on Zoom every two wee
