 -being. In this session\, participants explore their emotions\, reflect on
  what matters most\, and identify supportive ways to care for themselv
 es throughout the holidays. Opportunities are provided to explore feel
 ings\, create meaningful experiences\, and notice moments of joy along the
  way. Practical tools and encouragement help participants move through th
