Music and Wellness is a six-week workshop series offered in partner ship with CMHA and the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts\, designed to support participants in exploring their voice and creativity in a safe and welcoming space.\n\nParticipants will receive guidance on writing and rehearsing songs\, developing performance skills\, and building confidence on stage\, including microphone technique and managing performance anxiet y. There is also an opportunity to learn the basics of songwriting and cre ate an original piece.
