DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nMindfulness is the practice of paying attention to t
 he present moment with openness and without judgment. It can help calm the
  mind\, reduce stress\, and support overall well-being. Painting offers a 
 natural way to practice mindfulness\, as it invites focus\, creativity\, a
 nd gentle awareness through the process of creating. Int his session\, par
 ticipants will be guided through simple mindfulness exercises while explor
 ing painting to relax and express themselves. the focus is on the experien
 ce of creating. In this session\, participants will be guided through simp
