DESCRIPTION:About this seven session online course\nThe purpose of the onli
 ne group is to provide an opportunity for both education and support aroun
 d the experience of being a family member of an essential service worker d
 uring the COVID-19 crisis.\n\nThis could include family members of: medica
 l personnel\, grocery store workers\, social service workers\, first respo
 nders\, janitorial staff\, and any other workers who have been deemed esse
 ntial and may be unable to work from home.\n\nCommon issues for family mem
 bers may include: fear that their loved one may not have access to adequat
 e PPE\; worries about their families being exposed to COVID-19\; secondary
  trauma\; the need to understand the trauma that their loved one is experi
 encing\; feeling that they have unfair responsibilities at home\; loneline
 ss\; guilt\; anger.\n\nWe will present some information about understandin
 g trauma\, both primary and secondary and offer an opportunity for the mem
 bers of the group to share their experiences. The purpose is to both learn
  from information we provide and from each other. We also hope that by pro
 viding an opportunity to build community\, people experiencing themselves 
 in the position of supporting a loved one on the front line of this crisis
  will feel less alone and isolated and develop coping skill to assist them
  and other family members with meeting this extraordinary challenge.\n\nTo
