SUMMARY:Insights into PTSD (In-person) - June 2025
DESCRIPTION:Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop when past tra
 umatic experiences continue to affect daily life\, making it difficult to 
 feel safe and function fully. In this 90-minute facilitated session\, we w
 ill explore what PTSD is\, how it impacts both the mind and body\, and the
  challenges that come with it. Through guided discussion\, we’ll examine
  common symptoms\, the effects of trauma on the brain\, and evidence-based
  treatment options that support recovery. This session will also provide p
 ractical strategies and resources to help navigate the healing process in
