SUMMARY:Processing Grief & Loss (In Person only - Swan River)
DESCRIPTION:Have you recently lost a loved one\, or has it been some time s
 ince your loss but you are still struggling with your grief? This free 3 s
 ession program (in-person only) will offer participants the opportunity to
  learn about and share with others the various aspects of bereavement\, lo
 ss\, and grief recovery. We will discuss the various reactions to loss as 
 well as different kinds of grief\, how to set boundaries and express your 
 needs in your grief journey\, and explore the four tasks of mourning.\n\n*
 Note - a maximum of 12 registrants will be accepted for this program.\n\n\

 d as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery College program. The Le
 arning Centre is open to all adult participants who wish to gain informati
 on and learn new skills to support their own mental health and well-being 
 recovery journey. Participation in these classes also provides the opportu
 nity to connect and share with others in a mutually beneficial peer suppor
 t environment.\n\nThis course is open to adults (age 18 and up). Once regi
