Have you recently lost a loved one, or has it been some time since your loss but you are still struggling with your grief? This free program (in-person only) will offer participants the opportunity to learn about and share with others the various aspects of bereavement, loss, and grief recovery. *Note – a maximum of 8 registrants will be accepted for this program.
8 Sessions – Wednesday evenings, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, CT (Manitoba Time)

• Mar. 12 – Managing the Stress of Change
• Mar. 19 – Preparing for Special Occasions
• Mar. 26 – Finding Meaning After Loss
This course is offered as part of our HOPE Learning Centre’s Recovery College program. The Learning Centre is open to all adult participants who wish to gain information and learn new skills to support their own mental health and well-being recovery journey. Participation in these classes also provides the opportunity to connect and share with others in a mutually beneficial peer support environment.
