DESCRIPTION:Sharing Circles are a part of an indigenous approach to sharing
  of emotions and experiences. It is a safe environment where each one is e
 qual and each one belongs. Participants in a circle involves listening and
  respecting the views of others. The intention is to open hearts to unders
 tand and connect with one another.  Participants sit in a circle which sy
 mbolizes completeness. If you are interested in learning more about Indige
 nous practices and connecting with others\, please join us. We will start 
 every circle with a smudge.  The circles are drop-in\, no need to registe
