DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nMental health is a core part of overall well-being\,
  influencing how people think\, feel\, and navigate daily life. It goes be
 yond the absence of mental illness and includes emotional resilience\, cop
 ing skills\, and the ability to manage stress and challenges. This session
  explores the foundations of mental health\, clarifies the difference betw
 een mental health and mental illness\, and introduces practical strategies
  to support wellness in an introductory setting. Participants will learn
  tools for managing stress\, navigating difficulties\, and understanding r
 ecovery\, empowering them to take an active role in maintaining their
