Boundaries are the personal guidelines that help you protect your well-being and navigate relationships with respect. In this three-session course, you’ll gain clarity on your own boundaries and learn how to communicate them effectively to ensure you’re respected. We’ll cover what boundaries are, why they matter, and how they can shift over time. You’ll also learn how to have boundary conversations and practice saying “no” with confidence. By the end, you’ll feel more empowered to establish and maintain boundaries that support your needs.
