DESCRIPTION:March 2020 will be in our history textbooks as the month and ye
 ar a global pandemic put a pause on in classroom education. Graduates of 2
 020 will be known for their tenacity in adapting to unprecedented change i
 n order to meet the requirements for graduation! Way to go graduates!\n\nT
 ransitioning to Post-Secondary outside a global pandemic can be daunting a
 nd full of stress – so as we re-think how students make their way to cam
 puses across the country this fall – there’s no greater opportunity th
 an now to begin making plans to roll out a successful transition to post-s
 econdary.\n\nThrough a webinar format\, students will have the opportunity
  to join the Youth Mental Health Promotion team on two occasions. The firs
 t webinar will focus on individual skills that will help students thrive i
 n their new virtual environments\, such as:\n• staying motivated and pas
 sionate about your education\n• learning how to have greater self-awaren
 ess\n• how to manage academic/work/home life to maintain a heathy balanc
 e\n• how to create meaningful connections with peers and faculty on camp
 us\n\nTo join this session you will need access to the internet or a phone
