DESCRIPTION:Many people struggle with loneliness yet it is rarely discussed
  in our society. This course will examine the stigma of loneliness and foc
 us on the definitions and differences between loneliness and isolation. Th
 e experience of solitude and its value will be explored. Strategies to man
 age loneliness will be shared and students will be encouraged to gain pers
