DESCRIPTION:Hoarding is often associated with significant reduction in qual
 ity of life\, and in extreme cases\, it can pose serious health risks. Thi
 s course provides an evidence-based\, effective program to help those with
  hoarding disorders to gain control over clutter and chaos in their homes.
  It is a program that involves skill-building\, learning to think about po
 ssessions in a different way\, and gradual challenges to help people manag
 e their clutter. The course is derived from the book "Buried in Treasures\
 , Help for Compulsive Acquiring\, Saving and Hoarding" by David Tolin\, Ra
 ndy Frost and Gail Steketee. The course is goal-focused and provides self-
 help support to those with compulsive acquiring\, saving\, and haording ex
 periences. A workbook accompanies the course and will be used each session
