DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nPositivity is the practice of noticing and appreciat
 ing the good in life\, even in small moments. Optimism is the tendency to 
 expect positive outcomes and believe challenges can be overcome. Optimism

 overcome. Together\, these skill shape thoughts\, emotions\, and behaviour
 s in ways that support resilience and overall well-being. In this session\
 , participants explore the connection between thoughts\, actions\, and emo
 tional experiences\, while learning about psychologist Barbara Fredrickson
 's Ten Positive Emotions. Practical strategies are shared to help integrat
 e these emotions into daily life\, strengthen mindset\, build resilience\,
