DESCRIPTION:This online course will introduce you to the toolkit called "To
 wards Positive Change to Promote Mental Health and Wellbeing: A Toolkit fo
 r Black Canadians." This innovative toolkit was created by Black Canadians
  (people who are African\, Caribbean\, or other descent) for Black Canadia
 ns and those who provide services to Black Canadians.\nThis toolkit aims t
 o:\n\n 	Increase understanding around systematic issues that impact the we
 ll-being of Black Canadian Communities.\n 	Increase awareness about mental
  health and mental illness and ways of promoting recovery and positive men
 tal health within Black Canadian Communities.\n\nIt is a call to action fo
 r this community to experience sustainable mental health and support. Topi
