DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nAddiction can affect anyone\, and it often shows up 
 in ways that feel confusing or out of control This session explores how ad
 diction impacts the brain and what it takes to support healing and positiv
 e change. Participants will learn how cravings\, habits\, and behaviours a
 re shaped by brain chemistry\, past experiences\, and unmet needs\, using 
 a person-centered approach that goes beyond relying on "willpower." The se
 ssion provides insights into the science of addiction while highlighting h
 olistic strategies for recovery and well-being. Whether supporting others 
 or exploring their own journey\, participants will gain a deeper understan
 ding of addiction and practical tools to support more helpful choices and
